• Tour arrangement will be on 1st day upon arrival, pick up at Bintan Ferry Terminal
• Pick up at other time / location will be consider as a private tour arrangement with additional charges as below:
      • 2 pax surcharge: S$ 40 per person
      • 3 pax surcharge: S$ 25 per person
      • 4 pax and above surcharge: S$ 15 per person
• Single Traveler Surcharge apply: S$30 / person
• In case guest miss the pick up timing, the tour will be forfeited
• In event of ‘No Show’, the full amount will be levied
• Infant below 3 Years old is FOC from Tour Fare, but is subject to chargeable for Ferry Ticket
